Our sizing follows the regular French sizing guidelines.  However, on some items (ex: kaftans or other oversized items), the sizing might differ. Please check our size chart for further information.

Once your order is complete we will notify you via email, with the unique transport code. Please note that it takes up to a week for the parcels to be delivered. Also please note that some items are made to order to ensure minimum waste during production, hence it may take longer to reach you. Please contact us for further questions 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not offer return or exchange labels.

Seasonal sale items are refundable, although, final sale items can not be either refunded nor exchanged.
